02 — Use it

FOUR WAYS,
ONE BOTTLE.

It's thick enough to glaze, balanced enough to dip straight, and sweet enough to skip the sugar in a marinade.

01

Marinate

Brush onto chicken, fish or tofu thirty minutes before it hits heat. It caramelizes on its own — no sugar, no extra step.

02

Glaze

Finish grilled meat or roasted vegetables in the last two minutes for a lacquered, glossy shine.

03

Dip

Straight from the bottle for dumplings, spring rolls and sushi. Thick enough that it doesn't need thinning.

04

Dress

Two parts sauce, one part lime, a spoon of sesame oil. That's the whole salad dressing.

03 — Our story

IT STARTED AT
A NIGHT MARKET
TABLE.

We built Sapa for the food we grew up eating in Houston. The recipe balances soy with cane sugar and garlic so a single bottle can carry a dish on its own — a marinade that caramelizes, a dip that doesn't need thinning, a dressing that doesn't need oil.

Still small-batch. Still no corn syrup. Now on more than forty shelves across Texas.

    Alicia Royal
  • “First tried their product at a night market. It's now something I use religiously — especially the spicy garlic. A must have in every home.”
    Kevin Nguyen
  • “Was given some as a gift and honestly, chef's kiss. I used it for my spam musubi and didn't need to add anything else.”
